Return, Refund, & Cancellation policy
By ordering from FitX you accept the terms below FitX reserves the right to accept/reject orders.
We do not provide any other facilities other than the ones mentioned below.
FitX only allows exchange and has no refund policy. Only refund is possible via store credit, where in you can order a product of the same value from us (once you return the original products)
For exchange- It is your responsibility to send the product back safely to FitX Address with your name and number. Courier charges are non refundable.
Exchange Policy:
You're liable to an exchange if:
- Your product doesn't fit you
- Your product is damaged or if wrong product is sent
- To exchange, firstly please courier back to our address with your registered name, phone number, order id: 968, Sector 15, Hisar Haryana 125001 . Once we receive you'll get a call asking what you need in exchange.
- you've not got your exchange, please write toSupport@fitxapparel.com
- Please do send the product back within 7 days of receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the order only without open the pack and send the cancellation mail with in 2 working days.
- Your payment will be return in your bank account within 10 working days.
All the shipping cost for return and exchange will be born by the customer
